GitLab is seeking a Senior Manager for Solutions Architecture to lead a distributed team in the Australia & New Zealand region. This is a fully remote role focused on technical strategy, team coaching, and regional business growth.

In this player-coach role, you will manage a team of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects, guiding technical strategy across complex sales motions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build regional operating practices and ensure the team effectively translates customer requirements into business outcomes within an all-remote environment.
