Affirm is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer for their Card Acquisition team, operating fully remotely within Poland.
As a Senior Engineer, you will define technical strategy for card acquisition systems, mentor team members, and ensure operational excellence. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build performant and scalable user experiences while managing on-call responsibilities.
