Affirm is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead backend strategy for their International Identity team in a fully remote role based in Poland.
As a Staff Engineer in the International Expansion Unit, you will shape the technical strategy for critical identity services, including KYC and data management for global markets. You will act as a force-multiplier by setting standards for code quality, architectural design, and operational excellence across the organization.
