Senior AI Research Scientist (Model-based RL)

Phaidra is hiring a remote Senior AI Research Scientist to develop model-based reinforcement learning agents for industrial automation.

In this role, you will design and implement model-based reinforcement learning agents and dynamics models to improve industrial control systems. You will collaborate on complex research, translate research outcomes into production, and mentor Research Engineers to drive the development of intelligent control systems.
