Mindrift is seeking a freelance Agent Evaluation Engineer based in the Philippines to design and evaluate AI coding agent tasks.

As an Agent Evaluation Engineer, you will build complex, realistic development environments and write robust tests to measure AI agent performance. This freelance role focuses on creating challenging scenarios that distinguish advanced model capabilities, requiring deep technical expertise in software architecture and testing frameworks.

Experience writing functional and integration tests

B2+ English proficiency
