Define how one of the internet’s largest communities measures advertiser value in a privacy-constrained world. This senior US-remote role combines experimentation, causal inference, identity systems and executive-level technical leadership.
Lead the scientific vision for ads measurement, signal quality, attribution and privacy while building reusable evaluation frameworks and guiding product investment. The role requires at least ten years of quantitative industry experience, deep causal-inference expertise and advanced SQL plus Python or R. Base salary is USD 232,500–325,500 with equity and comprehensive benefits.
