GitLab is hiring a Senior People Analytics Analyst to design data models, reporting solutions, and statistical analyses for their people operations. This is a fully remote position exclusively for residents of the United States.

As a key member of the People Technology & Analytics team, you will bridge the gap between technical data outputs and actionable business insights. You will utilize SQL, Python/R, and BI platforms to drive survey strategy and workflow automation while partnering with leadership to optimize the organization's people data architecture.
