The Clinical Research Staff Scientist will design and drive real world evidence studies linking wearable health data to outcomes, remote within the US.

This role involves partnering with data science to analyze Oura member data alongside linked claims data to generate rigorous, publishable health evidence. The scientist will serve as a key point of contact for external research partners and stakeholders, shaping findings into white papers and payer briefs while supporting organizational clinical credibility.

Master's degree or PhD in Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Outcomes, or a related field, or an MD

8+ Years of experience in real world evidence research

Demonstrated expertise in observational study design and RWE methods

Deep, hands-on experience generating evidence from wearable or connected-device data

Experience with additional real world data sources including claims, EHR, and registries

Experience with PRO instrument selection and survey study design
