AHEAD is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI and GenAI solutions for clients within the United States. This is a senior hands-on leadership role focusing on bridging business objectives with scalable engineering execution.
In this position, you will drive the architecture and deployment of AI systems including RAG, workflow orchestration, and model integration while establishing production-grade MLOps standards. You will act as a technical authority across client engagements, mentoring engineering teams and partnering with stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives transition successfully from prototype to measurable business impact. The role requires a blend of deep software engineering expertise and the consulting experience necessary to navigate complex enterprise environments.
