Junior Quantitative Researcher

Deeter Analytics is seeking a Junior Quantitative Researcher to support a live trading desk by testing market hypotheses and developing signals.

In this remote US-based role, you will convert trader hunches into evidence-based signals while maintaining a library of research models. You will be responsible for the entire research process from scoping questions to validating data and communicating results to traders. The role prioritizes statistical rigor and clear communication over purely technical or machine-learning-heavy output.
