GitLab is seeking an Engineering Manager based in Bangalore to lead a distributed backend team focused on database change management and production health.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for building an India-based engineering cluster while managing a remote, asynchronous backend team. The role focuses on two primary missions: maintaining the scale and health of large PostgreSQL installations and delivering a multi-year migration system replacement for GitLab customers.
