GitLab is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Git & Gitaly Operations team, focusing on high-scale infrastructure reliability. This remote role is specifically restricted to Bangalore.

As an Engineering Manager for Git & Gitaly Operations, you will lead a team dedicated to the core storage and RPC layer of GitLab. You will oversee production reliability across SaaS and self-managed models, drive incident management, and develop strategy for elastic storage and compute to ensure performance at scale.
