GitLab is hiring a Senior Support Engineer to solve complex customer challenges in a fully remote, South Korea-based role.

This role sits at the intersection of Support and Engineering, focusing on troubleshooting performance issues and resolving edge cases. You will work across Linux environments, Ruby on Rails codebases, and infrastructure tools while collaborating with global product and development teams to shape the future of the DevSecOps platform.
