Cloudbeds is seeking an accounting onboarding specialist to assist European hotel clients with financial workflow configurations and ERP integrations. This is a 100% remote role focused on managing the technical and accounting setup for properties across Europe.
The Accounting Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert for Cloudbeds' European hospitality clients, handling tasks such as chart-of-accounts mapping, VAT configuration, and revenue recognition setup. The role requires bridging the gap between hospitality accounting expertise and technical platform implementation to ensure seamless integration with systems like Xero, Sage, and NetSuite. Candidates must balance analytical troubleshooting with strong customer communication to guide clients through the onboarding process.
