Senior Payroll Implementation Specialist - NL & Belgium

The Senior Payroll Implementation Specialist will manage end-to-end payroll onboarding for clients in the Netherlands and Belgium within a fully remote, asynchronous team.

In this role, you will lead the implementation lifecycle for new clients, ensuring compliant and accurate payroll processing while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external software providers. You will leverage your specific expertise in Dutch and Belgian payroll legislation and systems like AFAS and EasyPay to deliver successful go-live outcomes.
