Associate Billing Specialist

Cloudbeds is seeking an Associate Billing Specialist based in Portugal to manage customer billing inquiries, subscriptions, and refund processes. The role requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish and adherence to a set 06:00 AM–3:00 PM UTC schedule.

In this role, you will handle billing-related tickets and calls, manage cancellation exit interviews, and collaborate across departments to resolve subscription issues. Success in this position requires a high level of detail-orientation, the ability to manage sensitive refund requests, and a commitment to process improvement and documentation.
