Toast is looking for a Senior Enterprise Onboarding Consultant to manage complex implementations for large-scale restaurant brands remotely within the US.
As an Enterprise Onboarding Consultant, you will act as the primary advisor for the end-to-end implementation journey of major hospitality brands with over 500 locations. You will be responsible for balancing a portfolio of 50+ concurrent projects, ensuring successful go-live adoption while maintaining executive-level stakeholder relationships. The role requires a high degree of autonomy and disciplined project management to drive continuous improvement and scalability across the onboarding lifecycle.
