GitLab is hiring a Staff HRIS Analyst to lead Workday configuration and product strategy for a fully remote, US-based team.

As a Staff HRIS Analyst, you will own the People Technology product roadmap, focusing on Workday architecture, integration governance, and SOX compliance. You will partner with global stakeholders to build scalable, AI-integrated solutions that streamline People operations in a public company environment.
