Toast is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations professional to lead Sales and Onboarding operational strategies for their Canadian Retail division in a fully remote capacity.
In this hands-on business partner role, you will own the sales-to-onboarding lifecycle, driving productivity improvements and system optimizations for Retail AE, BDR/SDR, and Onboarding teams. You will act as a strategic bridge between frontline needs and executive goals, leveraging data, SQL, and AI tools to design pilots, manage projects, and scale operational processes effectively.
