OpenAI is hiring an AI Support Engineer to troubleshoot complex technical issues and support customers using their platform, based remotely in Toronto.

This role involves providing end-to-end technical support, resolving API failures, and partnering with internal Engineering and Product teams to improve system reliability. You will leverage AI technology and automation to transform support workflows while acting as a critical escalation point for high-impact production incidents.
