1Password is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager to guide customers through technical implementation and adoption across North America.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor on identity, access management, and SaaS security, partnering with Customer Success Managers to drive measurable value for enterprise clients. You will manage the full technical customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and represent the voice of the customer.

Understanding of compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR

Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
