GitLab is seeking a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to work on agentic SDLC and AI adoption for strategic customers in the UAE.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between field-based customer needs and product engineering, contributing production-quality code to GitLab while solving complex technical challenges. You will work cross-functionally to drive AI adoption and provide technical stewardship for strategic enterprise clients.

Experience working with strategic customers in high-impact situations
