GitLab is hiring a Senior AI Engineer based in Bangalore to design and implement internal AI-powered solutions for internal business processes.

As an AI Engineer at GitLab, you will act as a hands-on technical leader responsible for diagnosing business bottlenecks and deploying AI solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support. You will work across the entire stack, from workflow mapping to technical implementation, leveraging modern AI platforms and LLMs to improve operational efficiency in a remote, asynchronous environment.
