The Senior Manager, Workforce Planning will lead workforce strategy and capacity modeling for Ivy Rehab's 750+ therapy locations, working fully remotely within the United States.

In this role, you will collaborate with Operations Finance and Field Leadership to optimize staffing through forecast modeling and comprehensive analytics. You will be responsible for developing scalable data dashboards and leveraging technology to build efficient processes across multiple service lines and states.
