Sr. Legal Counsel, International Public Sector Compliance

Databricks is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel based in Ireland to manage international public sector compliance across EMEA markets. This fully remote role focuses on providing risk-balanced guidance, building scalable playbooks, and navigating government contracting complexities.

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and in-region legal teams to support responsible growth and consistency in international markets. The position involves translating global principles into locally workable approaches, drafting reusable compliance templates, and occasionally leading internal investigations. You will play a key role in enabling GTM execution by providing timely, executive-ready advice that unblocks public sector deals.
