GitLab is hiring a Senior Commercial Legal Counsel based in Japan, the Philippines, or Singapore to manage complex commercial agreements across the APAC region.

In this high-impact role, you will lead contracting workstreams, manage region-specific legal risks, and provide practical guidance on data privacy and AI-related terms. Working within an all-remote environment, you will collaborate with regional sales leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline deal execution across diverse APJ jurisdictions.
