GitLab is seeking a Senior Director, Associate General Counsel to lead corporate and compliance legal strategy as a fully remote role based in the United States.

In this leadership position, you will own the strategy for corporate governance, securities compliance, and M&A matters, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. You will manage a globally distributed team while leveraging AI-enabled workflows to support GitLab's operations as a public company, requiring deep expertise in '33 and '34 Act obligations.

J.D. or U.S. law degree equivalent with bar admission in good standing
Demonstrated fluency in applying AI tools to legal workflows
