GitLab is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement internal AI-powered business solutions within a remote, asynchronous environment in the US.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will act as a hands-on technical leader responsible for the discovery, development, and deployment of AI solutions that drive efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support. You will bridge the gap between technical implementation and business needs, ensuring that AI interventions are prioritized based on measurable impact and flow metrics.

Strong systems thinking skills with experience in identifying and addressing organizational bottlenecks
