Affirm is seeking a Senior Manager to lead underwriting and credit model risk validation for their Canadian team. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Canada.
As a leader within the Model Risk Management team, you will oversee credit risk validations and manage a high-performing team of quantitative professionals. You will combine high-level strategic oversight of the MRM framework with hands-on technical validation of complex machine learning models to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
