Paid Social Specialist (Contract Basis)

Webflow is hiring a contract Paid Social Specialist to manage LinkedIn and Meta campaigns with a focus on B2B enterprise growth. This is a fully remote role based in the U.S. requiring overlap with US Eastern business hours.

As a Paid Social Specialist, you will execute full-funnel LinkedIn and Meta campaigns, manage regional EMEA expansions, and optimize performance based on CRM pipeline metrics. You will report to a growth marketing manager, operating independently to turn briefs into high-performing campaigns while ensuring strict measurement hygiene. The role requires significant experience with enterprise-scale paid social and a disciplined approach to campaign structure and data tracking.
