Reporting directly to executive management, the successful candidate will manage financial planning, multi-entity reporting across Germany, Switzerland, and Lithuania, and serve as the main liaison to external accounting partners. The role requires establishing KPI visibility from scratch and supporting strategic decision-making in a boutique consultancy environment.
