Binance is hiring a Senior Lifecycle & CRM leader to drive growth, activation, and retention for its LATAM region. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Brazil, Mexico, or Argentina.

As a senior growth leader, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy, including user segmentation, marketing automation, and experimentation for transactional products. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve conversion rates and organic growth within a fast-paced global blockchain environment.

What You’ll Bring

Over 7 years of experience in the internet industry
More than 3 years in senior user growth roles within transaction-based sectors such as e-commerce or fintech
Proven track record of successful growth initiatives in retention, conversion, and repeat purchase
Experience of individually leading growth projects, operations, or campaigns with a systematic framework
In-depth understanding of AB testing, funnel analysis, and custom strategies
Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms and tools
Strong data-driven thinking with ability to establish and improve data monitoring and analysis systems
