In this role, you will define the roadmap and best practices for the Windows platform, focusing on performance, accessibility, and user-centric design. You will work within a flat-structured, collaborative engineering environment that spans the globe, ensuring high-quality releases across the full development lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring

3+ Years of experience in Windows desktop development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML
Deep understanding of Windows application architecture including .NET and native code interop
Proven track record of shipping production-quality desktop applications
Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs and inclusive software design
Excellent knowledge of software engineering fundamentals including OOP, design patterns, and multi-threading
