OKX is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to lead the regulatory framework for their Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) across the EMEA region.
This leadership role involves acting as the primary point of contact for the MFSA and overseeing all compliance aspects of venue operations, including market surveillance, participant admission, and orderly trading controls. You will work within a cross-border, dispersed team to provide strategic guidance on MiFID II, MiFIR, and MAR compliance requirements to the company's product and engineering units.
