The Practice Lead for AWS will spearhead Percona's AWS-focused service offerings, acting as a technical authority and strategic advisor for customers running open-source databases on AWS. This is a 100% remote, worldwide position.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will influence product strategy, drive business growth, and mentor a future team focused on AWS implementations. The position requires a blend of deep technical AWS proficiency, customer advocacy, and pre-sales expertise to optimize database reliability and performance across hybrid and cloud infrastructures.
