AppFollow is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join their Neuro Forge team, focusing on building LLM-powered features for app review management.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of AI and ML features, from research and prototyping to production. You will work with commercial and open-source models to solve challenges like review summarization, semantic search, and anomaly detection. The position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate these capabilities into AppFollow's core product.

What You’ll Bring

5+ Years of software development experience with production Python
3+ Years of hands-on ML/NLP experience with models in production
Practical experience with LLMs including RAG and fine-tuning
Experience building model quality evaluation processes and pipelines
Proficiency in FastAPI for API development
Strong SQL skills including MySQL or PostgreSQL
