Juniper Square is hiring a remote Director of Fund Administration to build and lead their Emerging Talent Program across the US and Canada. You will oversee fund administration deliverables, manage staffing, and scale operating processes while resolving complex accounting issues.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Fund Accounting and take ownership of training, onboarding, and performance development for entry-level talent and managers. You will collaborate with product partners to drive automation and improve GP and LP platform experiences, scaling operations for a company managing over $300B in assets.
