M Kopa is looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to join their Asset Sales team, supporting financial inclusion efforts across Africa. This fully remote role is open to candidates within the UK and European time zones (UTC -1 to UTC +3).

As a Team Lead, you will manage backend engineers and oversee the full software development lifecycle, focusing on greenfield and legacy projects within an event-driven microservices architecture. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to drive architectural direction and team growth in a DevOps-focused environment.
