Moniepoint is looking for a Head of Engineering for their POS Application Platform, based remotely in Spain. This role focuses on architecting and governing the foundational Kotlin-based layer for their Android-based point-of-sale systems.
As the technical owner of the POS Application Platform, you will lead the strategy for developer experience, platform reliability, and foundational frameworks across a fleet of POS devices. You will work closely with product and engineering squads to ensure high-scale performance for merchant payments, managing device governance and OEM collaborations while scaling the platform engineering team.
