Fresh Prints is seeking Customer Support Representatives for a one-year project-based contract, exclusively for candidates located in India or the Philippines.
This role involves providing overnight Tier 1 support for Parkade users, including troubleshooting issues and administrative tasks. Candidates must be available to work consistent overnight shifts based on PST hours and be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
