Samsara is looking for a Senior Software Engineer II to lead the development of AI voice agent experiences within their In-Vehicle Experience team.
As a technical lead, you will design and build AI-assisted voice agents that interact with drivers, managing the systems that handle context, interaction arbitration, and real-time decision-making. You will be responsible for defining technical direction and mentoring the team, while embedding AI-assisted engineering practices into the development lifecycle. This role requires deep expertise in AI production systems and a strong focus on building durable, scalable software architecture.
