Sonatype is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead AI initiatives and develop GenAI applications for software supply chain security. This is a fully remote role based in Canada.
In this role, you will lead complex AI projects from concept to production, bridging research and engineering for security-focused AI applications. You will work on malicious behavior detection, LLM-based developer tools, and agentic workflows while setting technical standards for the organization. The position involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and security teams to drive measurable impact through AI and machine learning.
