Technical Program Manager, Security

Cape is seeking their first Security Technical Program Manager to build and lead security initiatives from scratch. This fully remote role involves bridging security engineering with broader product teams to manage security velocity and strategy.

As the first Security Technical Program Manager, you will work across detection, response, corporate security, and product security to set priorities and define success. You will act as the critical connective tissue between the security team and the broader engineering organization, helping to balance speed and security in an increasingly complex threat landscape.
