Moniepoint is looking for a Head of Engineering for their Rewards platform based in Poland to scale their consumer-facing products and lead an engineering organization.
As the Head of Engineering for Rewards, you will own the end-to-end technical strategy, architecture, and team growth for a platform critical to Moniepoint's retention strategy. This role requires a leader with strong consumer-facing and mobile experience to build out an organization from its current base to 25+ people, working closely with product peers to drive experimentation and customer engagement.
