Cresta is hiring a Founding Conversational Designer based in the UK to lead AI conversation model design and deployment for EMEA clients.

In this strategic role, you will be the first dedicated conversational design expert in the EMEA region, managing the lifecycle of AI delivery projects from initial requirements to post-launch optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Cresta's AI solutions into customer contact centers, while acting as a trusted advisor to help clients maximize the value of the platform.
