Sprout Social is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead their Tooling team, improving developer productivity and CI/CD pipelines for a US-based remote role.
As the Engineering Manager for Tooling, you will lead a team dedicated to modernizing software delivery, CI/CD platforms, and internal developer workflows. You will partner with cross-functional leadership to define the vision for developer experience, implement secure-by-default practices, and support strategic initiatives including observability and deployment automation.
