Fieldguide is seeking an eLearning Designer to produce interactive, pedagogically sound courses for their customer-facing learning platform, Fieldguide University. This is a fully remote role focused on visual design, multimedia production, and course structure within the WorkRamp LMS.
The eLearning Designer will own the end-to-end production of educational content, transforming technical documentation into engaging, interactive learning experiences. Responsibilities include script writing, storyboarding, building knowledge checks, and establishing a cohesive visual design language for the company's university platform. The role requires close collaboration with subject matter experts to drive feature adoption and reduce friction for customer-facing users.
