Signifyd is looking for a Mexico-based Chargeback Data Analyst to optimize dispute strategies and mitigate financial losses through data-driven insights. This is a fully remote role focused on investigation, metric development, and cross-functional fraud prevention.
The successful candidate will leverage SQL, Python, and Looker to analyze transaction data and identify chargeback trends. You will work closely with Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to improve recovery performance and root-cause resolution. The role requires both technical analytical skills and a deep understanding of payment ecosystems and card-network regulations.
