The role involves designing and optimizing high-performance backend systems for real-time data processing while maintaining reliability through SLOs and observability. Candidates will participate in on-call rotations and lead capacity planning in a cross-functional, distributed team setting.

What You’ll Bring

5+ Years of experience in backend development
Demonstrated experience in GoLang and/or Node.js
Strong experience in designing and maintaining scalable backend systems
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
Working fluency with observability tooling such as Datadog
