Moniepoint is seeking a Head of Engineering in Portugal to lead their Field Verification platform. This is a fully remote role focused on technical strategy, team scaling, and platform development for their financial systems.
As the first dedicated engineering leader for the Field Verification domain, you will transition the platform from maintenance to active development. You will own the architecture and roadmap, building features such as mobile apps and route optimization while scaling the cross-functional engineering team. The role requires someone with strong backend Java/Spring Boot experience who can navigate complex compliance and identity verification challenges.
